Key Responsibilities

- Analyze learning requirements and transform them into effective instructional solutions.

- Design learner-centric e-learning courses, microlearning modules, assessments, simulations, and learning journeys.

- Create storyboards, instructional blueprints, scripts, and content structures for digital learning programs.

- Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.

- Develop engaging learning activities, knowledge checks, case studies, scenarios, and assessments.

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), clients, and internal stakeholders to gather and validate content.

- Convert raw content, presentations, documents, and training materials into structured learning experiences.

- Ensure content aligns with defined learning objectives, business outcomes, and competency requirements.

- Review and improve existing learning content for engagement, effectiveness, and learner experience.

- Work closely with multimedia, LMS, and development teams to support course deployment and delivery.

- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content development efficiency and learning effectiveness.

Required Skills Instructional Design

- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

- Ability to create detailed storyboards, learning pathways, and course structures.





- Understanding of Blooms Taxonomy, learning objectives, competency mapping, and assessment design.

- Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging and learner-friendly content.

Content Development

- Excellent written English and content creation skills.

- Strong research, analytical, and information organization capabilities.

- Experience creating training materials, facilitator guides, learner guides, job aids, and e-learning content.

Learning Technologies

- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, or similar platforms.

- Basic understanding of LMS platforms, SCORM, xAPI, and digital learning ecosystems.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Development, English, Mass Communication, Psychology, HR, Management, or related disciplines.

- 0 2 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, content development, training, or learning solutions.

- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or project experience in e-learning, training, LD, EdTech, or content development.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.

- Exposure to corporate learning, competency frameworks, and skill development programs.

- Knowledge of multimedia learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
