We are looking for a skilled and experienced Options Dealer to join our dynamic dealing desk in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity and derivatives markets, demonstrated experience in Options Trading, and a proven ability to manage HNI and UNI clients effectively. A valid NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is mandatory, along with a minimum of 34 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute trades in Equity and Derivatives (Options) on behalf of clients with 0% dealing errors.
- Efficiently handle and manage HNI and UNI clients with a focus on timely trade execution and exceptional service.
- Operate trading terminals such as Neat, Kambola, Greeke, and ODIN with proficiency.
- Provide real-time order updates and confirmations to clients over recorded communication lines.
- Engage consistently with clients, including the reactivation of dormant accounts.
- Promptly address and resolve client queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate trade execution records and client interaction logs using internal CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal branches for revenue generation and effective issue resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to Risk Management, Settlement, and Compliance protocols.
- Comply with SEBI regulations, exchange rules, and internal company policies.
- Acquire and onboard quality clients through strategic networking, referrals, and market insights.
- Execute orders using Bloomberg or equivalent trading platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Institutional Dealing.
- Valid NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of equity and derivatives (options) trading.
- Proficiency in using trading terminals and software (e.g., Bloomberg, ODIN).
