Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills:

- The candidate should have experience in order handling, sales administration, customer operations, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required
- SAP SD experience will be preferred.

- The candidate should have a good understanding of commercial order processes, order entry, order updates, lead time follow-up, and backlog tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is required for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.

- The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in order and SAP data, and positive coordination skills to work with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other internal teams.

- The candidate should be organized, able to work independently, comfortable following company procedures, and proactive in improving workflow efficiency and accuracy.

- Professional written and spoken English communication skills are required.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, electronics,



aerospace, defense, telecom, or connector-related business environment will be an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of supply chain, delivery coordination, order fulfilment, order acknowledgements, backlog follow-ups, and order status updates will be preferred.

Education &

- Experience:

- A bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Trade, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in sales administration, customer operations, order handling, inside sales support, or a similar role is preferred.

- Experience with ERP systems is preferred
- SAP SD exposure will be an added advantage.

- Experience in customer order handling, lead time follow-up, backlog tracking, documentation, internal coordination, and process improvement will be preferred.
