Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our logistics team. This role offers an opportunity to learn about the logistics industry while developing skills in client communication, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, importers, exporters, and businesses requiring logistics services.
- Introduce the company's services, including freight forwarding (air and sea), customs clearance, transportation, and international courier.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified business leads.
- Understand customer requirements and arrange follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers to develop business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the company's system.
- Prepare daily calling and lead-generation reports.




- Maintain professional communication with prospective clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: HSC or a graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good interpersonal, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Details -Working Hours: 09:30 am - 06:30 pm

-Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 2nd & 4th Saturday is holiday, other Saturdays WFH

-Salary: ₹17,000–₹25,000 per month in hand
