Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and follow up for order closure

- Create and process Sales Orders in ERP

- Support the On-field Sales Team with documentation, price sheets, customer data, and follow-ups

- Raise backorder requests with the Purchase team for items not in stock

- Follow up with customers for pending payments; maintain payment and order status trackers

- Generate periodic sales and inventory reports in Excel for management review

- Maintain organized communication and ensure timely responses to customers and sales team

Requirements:

- Robust communication skills with confidence handling B2B conversations

- Good working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)

- Experience preparing quotations and handling basic commercial terms

- Experience working with an ERP system

- Exposure to technical / industrial products is an advantage

- Should be proactive, structured, and diligent in follow-ups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
