POSITION DETAILS

Position: Inside Sales Executive

Process: Brand Domestic Process / Outbound Sales

Location: Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow

Salary: ₹16,000 + Incentive

Shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Hours: 9 Hours

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Freshers can apply; 6 months Sales/Voice/BPO experience will be an added advantage

Candidates: Both Male & Female can apply; Female candidates preferred

Training: Complete Training Provided

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Communicate professionally and understand customer requirements

Generate and qualify leads

Handle basic customer queries and objections

Maintain proper follow-ups and lead records





Achieve assigned calling and Sales targets

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Excellent English communication skills

Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers

Sales-oriented and target-driven approach

Comfortable with outbound calling

Good listening and customer-handling skills

Ability to work in a target-based environment

Sales, Voice Process or BPO experience will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
