We're Hiring: B2B Inside Sales Executive – OpportunityX Company: QistonPe (Ambition10T Innovations Pvt. Ltd.) Location: Pune | Work from Office Experience: 1–3 yrs, Ideally with outbound B2B sales experience from companies such as IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, B2B fintech, SME software or industrial services.

Salary: ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month + performance incentives About OpportunityX OpportunityX is an AI-led growth platform helping manufacturing MSMEs discover relevant government and PSU tenders, assess eligibility, prepare compliant bids and access new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to manufacturing MSMEs and introduce OpportunityX. Engage business owners and decision-makers to understand their tender participation requirements. Explain the platform's benefits and generate interest in trials and subscriptions. Schedule or conduct product demonstrations and assist with customer onboarding.



Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying customers. Maintain daily calling, lead conversion and sales reports.

Candidate

Requirements 1–3 years of outbound B2B telesales or inside-sales experience.

Experience selling to SMEs/MSMEs, business owners or industrial customers preferred. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; working knowledge of English. Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp and online software. Target-driven with strong follow-up and closing skills.
