Role Overview

Job Summary We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, and support the onboarding process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales or customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Follow up with prospective clients and leads
- Maintain and update lead details in internal systems
- Support client onboarding activities
- Coordinate with internal teams as needed Maintain follow-up records and basic reports

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer support
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)




- Good communication skills in English Must be willing to work from the Koramangala office
