? Position: Inside Sales Associate

? Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

? Experience:1–3 years

? Compensation: Up to ₹40,000+ per month, based on skills and experience

? What You’ll Do

- Connect with potential customers through calls and other sales channels to generate business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle-care services.
- Convert leads into paying customers through effective communication, persuasion, and follow-ups.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute directly to the company’s growth.
- Maintain lead records, track conversions, and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with the team to experiment with new approaches, improve conversion rates, and scale sales operations.

? Who We’re Looking For
- Professionals with 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales,



telecalling, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- A target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Confidence in handling customer objections and converting opportunities into sales.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
