Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Academic Counsellor role based in Bengluru. The role involves engaging with prospective learners and their families through calls, messages, and meetings to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable Infinity Learn programs.

The Inside Sales Academic

Counsellor will guide students on course selection, exam preparation strategies, and learning pathways, while maintaining detailed records of interactions and conversions in the CRM system.



The role also includes following up on leads, meeting enrolment targets, collaborating with marketing and academic teams, and providing clear, supportive information about products and services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to understand learner needs and recommend appropriate courses.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, to interact with students and families.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling and Education-related knowledge to guide learners on academic and career pathways.
- Proven ability to work with sales targets, handle high call volumes, and manage leads using CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced Edtech workplace in Kolkata.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or education services will be an advantage.
