Shipment &

- Operations Management

- Receive, verify, sort, and process incoming and outgoing shipments.

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, consignments, and delivery status.

- Monitor shipment movement and coordinate timely dispatch and delivery.

- Identify shipment discrepancies, delays, and damaged parcels and report them to the concerned authority.

- Data Entry &
- Documentation

- Update shipment details, delivery status, and operational records in the company software.

- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, delivery sheets, and shipment registers.

- Ensure proper documentation of received, dispatched, returned, and undelivered consignments.

- Delivery Staff Coordination

- Coordinate with delivery executives, riders, and field staff regarding daily delivery assignments.

- Track delivery performance and follow up on pending or undelivered shipments.

- Assist in resolving delivery-related issues and customer complaints.

- Customer Service &

- Communication





- Respond to customer queries regarding shipment status and delivery updates.

- Coordinate with clients, customers, and internal teams to resolve operational concerns.

- Escalate major complaints and shipment-related issues to the reporting manager.

- Cash &

- COD Management (Where Applicable)

- Maintain records of Cash on Delivery (COD) collections and remittances.

- Verify collection details and ensure timely submission of cash and supporting documents.

- Report cash discrepancies immediately to the concerned manager.

- Daily Reporting &

- Compliance

- Submit daily operational reports to the reporting manager.

- Maintain proper records of attendance, shipment movement, and delivery performance.

- Follow company policies, security procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of shipment and customer information.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per hour
