: IT Infrastructure Team Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Team Lead to manage infrastructure operations, lead technical support teams, and ensure efficient IT service delivery with high SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT infrastructure support team.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, ticket resolution, and team performance.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, desktops, and operating systems.
- Handle critical incidents, escalations, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and effective stakeholder and vendor coordination.
- Manage shift schedules, workload distribution, and resource planning.




- Prepare operational reports and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

- Robust team leadership and people management skills.
- Hands-on experience in SLA, incident, and problem management.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT infrastructure support.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux servers, networking, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization.
- Excellent communication, escalation handling, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
