Job Summary

Infra Dev Specialist will design implement and optimize enterprise product lifecycle and application lifecycle platforms using Teamcenter ALM and Agile PLM in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on stable integrations robust configuration and scalable infrastructure that supports secure billing and invoice adjustment processes while enhancing efficiency and reliability for global business operations.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions for Teamcenter ALM and Agile PLM platforms that ensure high availability and consistent performance for global engineering and operations teams.

- Configure and maintain core PLM and ALM environments to support end to end product lifecycle workflows including change management release coordination and traceability across distributed teams.

- Develop and optimize integrations between Teamcenter ALM Agile PLM and existing enterprise applications to enable smooth data exchange and reduce manual intervention in daily operational activities.

- Analyze system performance logs and usage patterns to identify bottlenecks and apply targeted tuning and capacity planning strategies that improve response times and resource utilization.

- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate complex requirements from billing and invoice adjustment processes into precise infrastructure and configuration changes.

- Implement and validate application lifecycle workflows that support agile delivery practices including version control continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines while maintaining platform stability.





- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations integration points operational procedures and recovery steps to support reliable day to day platform administration.

- Coordinate with security and compliance stakeholders to embed secure access controls data protection mechanisms and audit readiness into Teamcenter ALM and Agile PLM configurations.

- Provide advanced incident resolution and root cause analysis for infrastructure and platform issues ensuring minimal disruption to engineering and billing operations in a day shift hybrid model.

- Plan and execute environment refreshes upgrades and patching activities for PLM and ALM platforms to keep systems current without impacting critical business processes.

- Guide development and operations teams on best practices for using Teamcenter ALM and Agile PLM capabilities so that configurations remain consistent reliable and aligned with enterprise standards.

- Support domain specific workflows related to customer billing invoice adjustment and authorization ensuring that underlying infrastructure and integrations maintain data accuracy and process transparency.





- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current features tools and configuration patterns that enhance platform resilience and create measurable value for customers and society through efficient product delivery. Qualifications

- Demonstrate strong practical experience in implementing and administering Teamcenter platforms including configuration of workflows data models and integrations over at least seven years of infrastructure focused work.

- Apply advanced knowledge of ALM concepts and tooling by designing robust lifecycle processes covering requirements tracking test management deployment coordination and ongoing maintenance.

- Use deep expertise in Agile PLM to configure product structures change processes and release mechanisms that align with agile methodologies and enterprise governance expectations.

- Bring hands on exposure to domain scenarios involving customer billing invoice adjustment and authorization where PLM and ALM data must reliably support downstream financial processes.

- Employ solid understanding of agile delivery practices and hybrid work models to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams during day shift operations without requiring travel.

- Leverage strong skills in scripting database interaction and configuration management to automate routine platform tasks and improve operational efficiency across environments.

- Showcase experience in performance tuning monitoring and incident management for enterprise applications ensuring that PLM and ALM solutions remain stable and responsive at scale.
