Nueulabs is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment and staffing, a solid understanding of the US hiring landscape, and the ability to source, screen, engage, and manage qualified technology professionals throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who understands technical requirements, enjoys candidate engagement, and can consistently build strong pipelines for US-based contract and permanent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, qualify, and engage IT professionals for US-based contract and permanent positions.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify candidates based on skills, experience, location, availability, and other job-related requirements.
- Source candidates through:
- LinkedIn
- Dice
- Job Portals
- Internal Candidate Databases
- Professional Networks
- Employee/Candidate Referrals
- Create effective Boolean search strings and sourcing strategies for technical positions.
- Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess technical alignment, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and candidate interest.
- Develop and maintain pipelines for high-demand IT skill sets.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within internal systems.




- Work closely with account managers and recruiting leadership to understand priorities and urgent requirements.
- Meet recruiting activity, submission, and placement objectives.
- Build long-term professional relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent network.

Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on US IT recruitment or staffing experience.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience sourcing and screening technology professionals.
- Familiarity with common IT roles and technologies across:
- Software Development
- Cloud & DevOps
- Data & Analytics
- Cybersecurity
- ERP/CRM
- Infrastructure
- Business Analysis
- Project Management
- Experience working with LinkedIn and major US recruiting/job platforms.
- Strong Boolean-search and candidate-sourcing skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate-engagement abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open requirements simultaneously.
- Proactive, target-driven, organized, and collaborative approach.
- Must be comfortable working onsite from the Jaipur office during night-shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for US government, public-sector, federal, state, or enterprise technology positions.
- Experience working with ATS or candidate-management systems.
- Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
- Understanding of common US staffing terminology and engagement models.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean/X-Ray sourcing methods.
- Prior experience managing candidates from initial sourcing through successful placement.
