We are looking for an experienced Informatica & Cognos Administrator to support and maintain enterprise reporting and ETL platforms in a large MMIS setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Informatica and Cognos applications.
- Manage Cognos servers, gateways, dispatchers, and content store databases.
- Deploy and migrate Cognos reports and Informatica code across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues, report failures, and server-related incidents.
- Perform ETL performance tuning and optimization.
- Manage backup, recovery, HA, and DR processes.
- Collaborate with development and support teams.
- Create and maintain system documentation.




- Provide production support and participate in off-hours deployments when required.

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in:
- Informatica PowerCenter 10.x
- Informatica IDMC / CDI-PC
- Cognos Analytics v11 & v12

- Linux Administration
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Knowledge of HA/DR setup and environment migration.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with US-based teams.
