- 6+ years of experience in managing multiple format conferences and roundtables . Understanding of emerging digital technologies AI,IoT and Analytics . Bachelors degree must
- Masters / MBA degree preferred .
- Expert in negotiation and managing vendors at all levels . Proficient and judicious in managing budgets and spending .
- Plan and execute series of large conferences, Industry roundtables and technology workshops across multiple cities in India
- Identify and bring onboard right industry partners and event agencies
- Manage end to end execution - agenda, theme, speakers, content, format, outreach, promotion, venue selection and all logistics
- Source and bring onboard sponsors who can complement us in our objectives
- Negotiate and liaison with all vendors




- Continuously improve the quality of events through regular feedback mechanism.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in managing multiple format conferences and roundtables
- Understanding of emerging digital technologies – AI, IoT and Analytics
- Bachelors degree must; Masters/MBA degree preferred
- Expert in negotiation and managing vendors at all levels
- Proficient and judicious in managing budgets and spending
- Excellent written & oral communication, inter personal and program management skills
- Comfortable to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Positive attitude, maturity to interact with top leadership are necessary attributes.
