- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective marketing strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations,

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential customers
