Role Description The Industrial Laboratory Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur. This role involves operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing and testing samples, and recording accurate data for manufacturing and process analysis. The technician will perform routine quality control checks, support troubleshooting of production issues through laboratory tests, and follow established protocols and safety procedures.

Daily activities include collaborating with engineers and consultants on test requirements, documenting results in reports, and ensuring the laboratory remains organized,



calibrated, and compliant with relevant standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills, including sample preparation, testing procedures, and secure handling practices.
- Candidates should possess experience working with laboratory equipment and basic knowledge of equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, including inspection, measurement, and adherence to testing standards.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and support problem-solving in industrial processes.
- Candidates should possess practical experience as laboratory technicians or in a similar technical role within industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Diploma or degree in chemistry, industrial science, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, good documentation practices, and basic computer skills for data entry and reporting is beneficial.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, work accurately with minimal supervision, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
