Role Description The Industrial Engineer Executive/Sr. Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for analyzing and optimizing garment manufacturing processes, including line balancing, method study, and work measurement to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Daily activities include collecting and interpreting production data, preparing operation bulletins, establishing standard times, and coordinating with production, quality, and merchandising teams to implement process improvements. The role involves supporting capacity planning, layout optimization, and efficiency tracking, while training supervisors and operators on new methods and best practices. The Executive/Sr.

Executive will also prepare regular reports and recommendations to management,



ensuring that improvements align with safety, quality, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to apparel production environments.
- Proficient Analytical Skills and Process Improvement capabilities to diagnose issues, interpret data, and implement practical, measurable solutions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document methods and standards, and train production staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Textile/Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in garment manufacturing, apparel production, or similar industrial settings; exposure to line balancing and work measurement is an advantage.
- Familiarity with productivity tools and basic data analysis software; knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in a factory environment in Bengaluru and manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, high-output setting.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety, quality, and ethical workplace practices.
