- Build and manage industrial property data, research recent opportunities, verify and enrich listings, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain CRM and data quality
- Build & manage industrial property data across land, plots, factories, warehouses, industrial parks and SEZs.
- Research & source new opportunities through developers, brokers, government portals, industry networks and online research.
- Verify & enrich listing information including location, area, pricing, zoning, approvals, infrastructure, availability and connectivity.
- Coordinate with owners, developers & brokers to collect information, validate details and keep inventory updated.
- Maintain CRM & data quality ensuring accurate, complete and structured information to support sales and Indlays market intelligence platform.
