Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in start-up incubation, entrepreneurship, venture capital, or related areas.

- Strong understanding of the start-up ecosystem and business development processes.
- Experience with managing early-stage start-ups, including guiding them through growth challenges.
- Ability to establish and nurture partnerships with external stakeholders, including investors, industry leaders, and academia.
- Excellent mentoring, leadership,



and communication skills.
- Knowledge of fundraising mechanisms and investor engagement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred:

- Proven track record of launching and growing start-ups or incubation centers.
- Familiarity with innovation and entrepreneurial resources at a national and international level.
- Prior experience in an academic or institutional setting, particularly in managing incubators or innovation labs.
