Required Skills

•Strong experience in carrying out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications

•Sound knowledge on HighRadius configurations

•Sound Knowledge on Various Integrations from HighRadius (like Billing systems, invoicing systems, ERPs, Banks etc.)

•Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications and solution design

•Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation

•Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports

•Experience with system design using configuration and/or customization, integration, testing and support

•Experience in delivering end to end solutions through the entire SDLC – right from running the client facing workshops, design, build, test, deployment, UAT and handover

Key Responsibilities

•As a consultant you will be responsible to carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications projects across the globe in an individual capacity.

•Help in configuration of the tool as per design

•Develop and review project plan, milestones and delivery.

•Interact with project stakeholders and manage expectations

•Preparation of Functional requirement document and closure with all stakeholders

•Ensure application documentation is as per standard





•Provide inputs to technical leads and developers

•Create and maintain product and operational related issues log, reporting on status as required by program structure.

•Be the client expert, understand their business functions and processes, communicate their needs to product teams.

•Help to build and improve the implementation, training methodologies and the tools needed future implementations.

Minimum Qualification

BE/ BTech/ MCA/ BCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•3+ years of relevant experience

•Relevant experience in HighRadius tool

•Must have strong domain and operations experience in OTC domain

•Excellent MS office skills

•Working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAP

•Valuable verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for Executive level communication

•Knowledge of SQL Query writing will be an added advantage
