Role: Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator(US Healthcare Voice Process)

Shift: Night Shift 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM IST/6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST /8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST

Work Mode: 5 days' work from Home (For out of bangalore)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, pharmacies, and payers.
- Coordinate medication shipments, refill reminders, and patient support activities.
- Verify and document patient information accurately in pharmacy systems.
- Address customer inquiries related to prescriptions, benefits, and treatment support.




- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of US Healthcare Voice Process experience.
- Experience in Patient Access, Pharmacy Support, Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, PAP, or Reimbursement programs.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong listening, probing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound call setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and pharmacy management systems preferred.

Immediate Joiners Preferred. Strong communication skills and US healthcare domain experience are mandatory.
