Implementation Specialist

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Implementation Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product onboarding, gathering business requirements, configuring systems, coordinating testing, and ensuring smooth deployment. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, product configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct client discussions and workshops to understand business requirements and workflows.
- Configure product features and workflows to meet client-specific needs.
- Support data migration activities and validate data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with issue resolution.
- Provide product training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementations.
- Monitor project progress, share status updates, and proactively address risks and delays.
- Maintain implementation documentation, process guidelines, and configuration records.




- Support clients during go-live and ensure a smooth transition to the support team.

Required QualificationsEducation

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Agile/Scrum, project management, or SaaS platforms are an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, SaaS implementation, or consulting.
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, HRMS, or similar business applications.
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, data migration, and UAT coordination.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have
- Experience with SaaS-based enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and implementation best practices.
- Understanding of software deployment, testing, and post-implementation support.
