Role Description The Immigration Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kharadi, Pune. This role involves advising prospective clients on suitable immigration pathways, explaining visa options, and outlining eligibility criteria. The consultant will conduct consultations, follow up with leads, manage client inquiries, and maintain accurate records of interactions and applications.

Daily tasks include preparing and presenting service proposals, coordinating with internal processing teams,



and supporting clients throughout the sales and pre-application stages. The role also requires meeting sales targets, providing clear and respectful communication, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Sales Consulting skills, including lead conversion, relationship management, and target-oriented selling.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to handle queries, address concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explaining complex immigration information clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to assess client profiles, recommend appropriate immigration options, and provide informed guidance.
- Relevant experience in immigration services, financial services, or other consultative sales domains is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kharadi, Pune, manage multiple client cases, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; formal training in sales, immigration, or international studies is an advantage.
