Texas Review is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Immigration Counsellors, Telecallers, Digital Marketing, Accounts, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining confirmations.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities and maintain candidate documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions and provide a positive candidate experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Experience hiring for sales, counselling, telecalling, or other target-driven roles will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and organisational skills.
