PP Consumer Pvt. Ltd. (Dr. Rashel) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, vendor management, packaging, inventory planning, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination.

The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or related industries, with a strong understanding of private-label manufacturing, packaging procurement, and supply planning across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability, optimising inventory levels, controlling procurement costs, and maintaining timely delivery across all business channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Manage procurement of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.
- Build strong vendor relationships and maintain an updated vendor database.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed cost, quality, and delivery parameters.

2. Private-Label Manufacturing & Packaging

- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers for product planning and manufacturing schedules.
- Manage packaging procurement, including bottles, jars, tubes, cartons, labels, and other packaging components.
- Coordinate Bill of Materials (BOM), packaging specifications, and product requirements.
- Ensure material availability to avoid production and dispatch delays.

3. Inventory & Demand Planning

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams to forecast demand.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
- Monitor stock ageing, slow-moving items, and near-expiry products.
- Prepare inventory reports and ensure accurate stock planning.

Order Fulfilment & Logistics

- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch across GT, MT, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
- Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor delivery timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Track On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance and resolve fulfilment issues.

5. Cost Optimisation & Reporting

- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement, packaging, warehousing, and logistics costs.
- Prepare MIS reports on inventory, procurement, vendor performance, and order fulfilment.
- Track key supply chain performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
- Develop standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, beauty, personal care, or private-label manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong vendor negotiation, sourcing, and cost-control skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, BOM, procurement processes, and logistics.
- Experience coordinating with third-party manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or inventory management systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a hands-on qualified who can manage multiple suppliers, coordinate with internal departments, solve operational challenges, and build an effective and scalable supply chain process.

Candidates with experience managing multiple sales channels and working with third-party manufacturers in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal-care industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
