– FOUNDRY OPERATOR

Position: Foundry Operator / Foundry Worker

Department: Production

Industry: Foundry / Metal Casting / Manufacturing

Job Location: perundurai, Erode.

Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma

Experience: Freshers and Experienced

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month (based on experience and company norms)

Gender: Male / Female, depending on the role and workplace requirements

Working Hours: 8 hours / Shift basis

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and assist with foundry production equipment and machinery.
- Assist in mould preparation, core making, and metal casting activities as required.
- Handle moulding sand, casting materials, and finished metal components.
- Monitor the production process and maintain product quality.
- Inspect cast components for visible defects and report issues to the supervisor.




- Follow workplace safety procedures while working near hot metal and heavy machinery.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
- Meet daily production targets and follow instructions from the Production Supervisor.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or foundry operations is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a foundry setting and rotational shifts.
- Ability to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physically fit for the specific duties involved.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related technical qualifications preferred for technical roles.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
