- Translate project requirements into IT solutions, support design and deployment of Smart City IT systems, coordinate with stakeholders, troubleshoot and monitor implementations

Role & responsibilities

- Understand project requirements and translate them into suitable IT and technology solutions.

- Support the design, implementation, integration and deployment of Smart City IT solutions.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, system integrators, technology vendors and project teams.

- Support integration of various Smart City systems with the Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC).

- Coordinate implementation of systems such as CCTV, surveillance, networking, communication systems, monitoring platforms and other Smart City applications.

- Review technical specifications, solution architecture,



system requirements and implementation documents.

- Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, integration and commissioning of IT systems.

- Troubleshoot technical and integration issues and coordinate with respective vendors for resolution.

- Monitor project implementation against approved technical specifications and timelines.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system demonstrations, documentation and final handover.

- Prepare and maintain technical reports, project documentation and system integration records.

- Ensure coordination between IT/ICT solution providers and site execution teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualifications:

- BE in Electronics, Electrical , CS or IT
