We are looking for a skilled Guidewire L1.5 Support Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in insurance and JAVA (or Policy Admin System). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions and response times.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide 24x6 weekend on-call support for Guidewire applications.
- Maintain operational stability for applications and infrastructure.
- Handle routine administration tasks, including user provisioning, license management, mailbox access, and group memberships.
- Troubleshoot issues with Guidewire, SmartCOMM, and other integrations.
- Monitor application performance and create reports.
- Act as an escalation proxy for L2,



managing known error documentation and resolving routine incidents.
- Facilitate daily HyperCare calls for production issues raised in a HyperCare (Teams) Channel.

Job Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in insurance and JAVA (or Policy Admin System).
- Basic understanding of Cloud Concepts and experience with Incident Management systems and JIRA.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- Experience with Log Monitoring Tools, AWS S3 Bucket, Web Services, Jenkins, BAMBOO, and TeamCity is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A B Tech degree is required.
