Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven HVAC Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale HVAC projects in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must have end-to-end project management experience from planning to handover.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Overall responsible for project execution, planning, budgeting and timely delivery.
- Prepare and monitor project schedule, resource allocation and cost control.
- Review and approve drawings, BOQ, material submittals and technical compliance.

1. Site & Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage team of Project Engineers, Supervisors and Subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site meetings, progress review and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure manpower productivity and optimum utilization.

1. Client & Consultant Coordination:

- Single point of contact for client, consultants and main contractor.
- Attend progress meetings, handle RFIs, approvals and change management.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong professional relationships.

1. Technical & Quality Control:

- Expertise in Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU,



Chilled Water Piping, Ducting, Ventilation, BMS controls.
- Ensure quality standards, safety norms and statutory compliance are followed.
- Lead testing, commissioning and final project handover with documentation.

1. Commercial & Billing:

- Responsible for project P&L;, cost optimization and material management.
- Verify and certify contractor bills, RA bills and final billing.
- Support estimation team for new projects when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC Design & Execution
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure

Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma holders with solid experience can also apply
