- Support employee onboarding and coordination.

- 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, documentation, and HR operations.
- Ability to work during night shifts according to US business hours.
- A proactive attitude and good organizational skills.
