Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and records management for the Jodhpur office. This full-time, on-site role includes administering HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating employee benefits and payroll-related information. The specialist will handle employee queries, support conflict resolution,



and help maintain a positive, compliant workplace aligned with company values and local labor regulations.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and selection, organizing training and development initiatives, and preparing HR reports and metrics for management decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with end-to-end HR operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Advantages, with the ability to ensure compliance and clear communication to employees.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including handling employee relations, performance discussions, and workforce engagement.
