Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Panchkula and involves partnering with leadership to align HR practices with business goals, especially in a manufacturing environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits in coordination with finance, handling disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Manager will facilitate training and development programs, support workforce planning, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.



The role also includes maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in recruitment and staffing, including end-to-end hiring, interviewing, and onboarding in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience managing performance appraisal systems, objective setting, and feedback processes to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in line with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Competence in HR administration, including HRIS usage, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Experience designing and delivering training, development, and succession planning initiatives for diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity, exercise sound judgment, and support change management initiatives.
