Role Description The Human Resources Manager at NSN Silver Mines is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode. The individual in this position will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

The Human Resources

Manager will partner with department leaders to support workforce planning, training initiatives, and employee engagement. This role also involves handling employee queries, managing disciplinary procedures,



and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to industrial or mining environments.
- Experience in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation management.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs and support organizational development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across levels and functions.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR management software, and solid skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, ideally in manufacturing, mining, or other industrial settings.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Erode and collaborate in a quick-paced, operational environment.
