Are you an experienced HR professional with solid expertise in HR Business Partnering (HRBP) and Talent Acquisition ? Here’s an exciting opportunity to take ownership of HR operations and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

? Location: Sector 62, Gurgaon

? Position: HR Lead / HR Manager

⏳ Experience: 5–12 Years

? Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

? Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

? Work Mode: Work from Office

⚠️ Mandatory: D2C industry experience

? Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy and provide effective HRBP support.
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including leadership, niche, and critical hiring.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes, and systems to support business growth.




- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and manpower requirements.
- Manage employee relations, training and development, and statutory compliance.
- Track HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR/TA team, as applicable.

? What We’re Looking For: ✅ Strong experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition.

✅ Mandatory experience in the D2C industry .

✅ Proven expertise in leadership and niche hiring.

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

✅ Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.

✅ Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

✅ Willingness to work from the office five days a week.
