Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Pune City.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, and maintenance of employee records. The role involves administering HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.

Executive will handle employee relations activities such as grievance resolution, engagement initiatives, and communication between team members and management. The role also includes coordinating training and development programs, supporting organizational culture initiatives, and partnering with leadership to meet workforce planning and talent retention goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and payroll/attendance support.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, with the ability to implement, interpret, and update policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, HRIS or payroll systems, and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, or agribusiness sectors is beneficial.
