Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. This role involves supporting employee relations, assisting in performance management processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements.

Executive will collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives, coordinate training and development activities, and help build a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, requiring regular interaction with employees and leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.




- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies.
- Robust knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and basic MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR role within retail, food, or FMCG sectors is beneficial.
