Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities and maintain employee documentation.
- Update recruitment trackers and HR databases accurately.
- Help prepare HR reports and support other administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
