Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and HR documentation, in a full time, on-site role based in Indore. This role will support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive culture.

The Human Resources

Executive will implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and coordinate performance management processes. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating training and development initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to align HR practices with business goals. The role requires close interaction with team members across departments to ensure a smooth and transparent HR experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including experience overseeing core HR functions and supporting organizational objectives.
- Candidates should possess hands-on HR Operations experience, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS usage, and compliance with employment laws.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and updating policies and procedures.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations expertise, including conflict resolution, feedback handling,



and engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in a tech or IT services environment, familiarity with performance management frameworks, and the ability to work on-site in Indore.
