Role & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist high-caliber candidates across multiple industries using LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from JD creation to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and nurturing relationships with hiring stakeholders.
- Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire)



and report insights to optimize process efficiency.
- Represent the firm at job fairs, campus placements, and industry events to promote employer branding and attract top talent.
