Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead to manage key HR activities, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, grievance handling, HR operations, and HR policy management.

Key Responsibilities

- Employee Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns and grievances and help resolve workplace issues.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse, inclusive, and positive work environment.
- Onboarding and Induction: Manage the joining process and ensure new employees receive a smooth introduction to the organization.
- HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR activities and ensure HR processes run smoothly.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and implement employee engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Review, update, and revise HR policies as per business needs and company guidelines.
- Employee Relations:



Maintain positive relationships between employees and management.
- Management Coordination: Work closely with management to address employee-related matters and support HR initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong employee relations and grievance-handling skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Experience in employee engagement and onboarding.
- Ability to coordinate with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
- Valuable problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
