IT Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster, referrals, and other recruitment portals.
- Understand job descriptions and identify candidates with the required technical skills and experience.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR screening, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
- Negotiate salary, confirm notice periods, and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment reports, and database updates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; HR or management qualification preferred.
- Good understanding of IT skills such as Java, .NET, Python, SAP, Cloud,



Data Engineering, Testing, and other technical domains.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, or other recruitment portals.
- Strong resume sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Valuable coordination, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn recruitment may also apply.
