Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Millennium City Centre, Gurugram

Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum

We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist for an upcoming logistics company. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics, transportation, fleet management, and other non-IT operational roles across Gurugram and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.




- Non-IT recruitment experience is mandatory; logistics industry experience preferred.
- Candidates from HR consultancies and recruitment agencies are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred; candidates should have a consistent career history.

Work Details
- Working Days: Monday–Friday
- Saturday: One Saturday WFH per month
- Timings: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Work Mode: Work from office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
