We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring and has robust communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Assisting in offer rollout and follow-ups.

Required Skills Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good screening and coordination skills.
- Presentable, confident, and well-spoken.
- Basic knowledge of hiring platforms (preferred).
- Ability to work from office.
