Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub, including order fulfilment, stock

management, and delivery logistics.

- Ensure timely processing of orders and manage return/refund processes.

- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth

operations.

1. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and

inventory checks.

- Ensure that inventory is stored correctly and in optimal conditions.

1. Staff Management:

- Supervise hub staff, including picking, packing, and shipping teams.

- Train and develop staff to optimize performance and maintain safety standards.

- Ensure that staffing levels meet operational demands.

1. Customer Experience:





- Ensure that orders are processed quickly and correctly to meet customer

expectations.

- Resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues or product availability.

1. Performance Analysis:

- Monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfilment speed, accuracy, stock turnover).

- Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

- Report operational performance to senior management.

1. Health and Safety:

- Ensure that the hub operates within health and safety regulations.

- Maintain a secure working environment for all team members
