The HR Trainee/Front Office Executive is responsible for managing front-office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients, and employees. Additionally, the role involves supporting HR functions such as sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records. Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

- Sourcing profiles from job portals
- Greet and welcome guests as they visit the office
- Maintain a qualified and pleasant demeanor while interacting with guests, clients, and employees




- Handle queries and address complaints

- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a filing system for all required documents

- Maintain a visitor logbook

- Schedule and conduct interviews

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in any discipline
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication skills in English (both written and interpersonal)
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Customer-oriented and professional attitude
