Bangalore (KR Puram) Position: HR Trainee Hire to Retire

Location: Bangalore (KR Puram)

Duration: 6 months (Traineeship)

We are looking for an HR Trainee to support the end to end hire to retire lifecycle at ValetEZ, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HRMS updates, employee records, and exit support. This role is ideal for freshers and professionals returning after a career break who want structured HR exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, primarily for operations/field roles.
- Support pre joining and onboarding activities: document collection, HRMS profile creation, and induction coordination.
- Maintain employee data, trackers,



and HR files (attendance, confirmation, contract renewals, transfers).
- Coordinate with payroll/compliance for timely inputs and issue resolution.
- Assist in engagement initiatives and support exit documentation and clearance.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree; HR specialization preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresher or 0 1 year HR experience; career break candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Positive Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with HRMS/online tools.
- Strong attention to detail, follow through, and confidentiality.
