Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the HR and recruitment team.
- Handle school-owner leads and convert them into clients.
- Understand client requirements and manage recruitment operations.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviews.
- Drive client conversions and achieve business targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth coordination.

Requirements

- Strong experience in HR, talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into clients.




- Experience in team management and achieving targets.
- School recruitment or staffing experience preferred.

Salary- 30k

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Patliputra, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
