Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist in recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates.

- Provide support to HR team in managing employee data, advantages administration, and compliance with company policies.

- Develop strong relationships with employees through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to employee records.

Job Requirements :

- Fluent English language skills (written & spoken).

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues & stakeholders.

- Strong convincing power for successful candidate selection during recruitment processes.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
